Reporting to the Client Services Manager, in this role you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities to provide administrative support for MAC Group financial advisers.
Key Outputs
  1. To provide effective assistance and support for the financial advisers
  2. Arranging & preparing documentation for private and corporate clients
  3. Answering phone calls and assisting with client queries
  4. Building relationships with clients & HR contacts
  5. Providing a professional and friendly reception service
  6. Processing general enquiries through post, email and in person
  7. Sorting and filtering post on a daily basis
Key Skills
  1. Strong attention to detail
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Effective organisational skills
  4. Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
  5. Effective time management
  6. Confident in the ability to ask questions
  7. Ability to prioritise work and deliver within deadlines
  8. IT knowledge especially Word and Excel is beneficial
  9. Customer focused mindset
