Purpose

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, in this role you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities to provide administrative support for MAC Group Independent Financial Advisers.

This role offers tremendous potential to be an instrumental part of the Island’s fastest-growing financial services organisation. 

Key Responsibilities include

As a Client Services Administrator, your role will involve:

  • To provide effective assistance and support to the IFA Team
  • Arranging & preparing documentation for both ‘Private’ and ‘Corporate’ clients
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with client queries
  • Building relationships with clients & HR contacts
  • Providing professional reception cover duties where required
  • Dealing and processing all general enquiries via email or mail
  • Other Ad-Hoc tasks as required by the business

  • Being able to prioritise tasks and deliver within strict deadlines

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Previous knowledge on Group or Individual Personal Pensions is beneficial but not necessary
  • IT knowledge: Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel preferable)
Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Previous office experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft products including Word and Outlook

Desirable

  • Working towards ACII qualification
  • Prior experience working in pensions
